Display at 14 Blamey Street, Bentleigh East, Victoria, 3165

The display started in 2010 with 456 lights just before my son was born. Every year a new light is added, and my son adds a new big display piece every year aswell now. This year Riley designed the layout of the lights display.

In October 2018 Riley was diagnosed with Leukemia. Previous years we have raised funds for the Monash Children's Cancer Centre and Monash Children's Hospital using our lights, this year however we are fundraising for the Supertee.

Supertees are an exciting new charity who make an award winning medical garment cleverly disguised as a superhero costume. Made with cotton fabric, side and shoulder openings and a cape that doubles as a bib. It has made life a little more comfortable and convenient with the multitude of drips, monitoring cables and central lines. Given for free from the generosity of others to families fighting the toughest of situations. Riley hopes to fundraise to gift 100 families at Monash with a costume of their very own, as he loves wearing his. Supertees come complete with comic book, stickers and all in a reusable tin box for $45.

There is a donation tin on the fence, and you can also donate a supertee at supertee.org.au and enter “From a friend of Riley” in the purchase comment section. If you wish to follow Riley’s journey, you can do so at @RileysKickingGoals.

Please drive by and view our display. Thank you.
