Animated lights to music. Multiple songs (both Christmas and pop songs). Lots of props including a 1200 light mega tree. Over 6000 lights synced to music. FM transmission for those with a radio or a “push to listen” button from 7:30-9:15. App to listen on your phone and website to chose your favourite song (just like a jukebox!)
